#BoilSoak cooking is an efficient way of cooking your food - it's convenient and uses less fuel and water.
As you might have guessed you'll need to boil water first! It needs a spot to cook on level ground that's insulated from the wind. Add the required amount of water and bring it to a boil.
Once you've stirred in the ingredients, you can close the lid and turn off the stove, leaving it alone for 10 minutes (or as instructed if you're using pre-packaged/dehydrated meals.
