42" x 36" double sided excluding fringe, to approved specifications and design, with the badge of the ARMY CADET FORCE within a circlet and surmounted by the Tudor Royal crown, within the Union wreath, all proper above title scroll inscribed with the relevant title hand embroidered by hand, using gold, silver wires and silk threads,  upon a ground of Royal blue, edged gold metallic fringe includiing gold metallic cords and tassels.
